DIY At Home Tummy Tightening Technique

Wow, bathing suit season is upon us. Not only that, but we have summer BBQ’s to attend, weddings and graduations. It’s time to get dressed, but uh-oh! Tight can’t even begin to describe how that gorgeous dress, the one you bought in anticipation of your upcoming event, feels now or how bloated your stomach looks in that bathing suit. For a quick fix, you can make your own DIY body wrap to have you looking good as new by morning!


Today I’m bringing you a wallet-friendly version of body wraps. I’ve been seeing these around the internet lately and mentioned them to a friend. She’s from Mexico and said she’s been doing those for years, just not the commercialized type. I tried it one night and lost .5 inches on my gut overnight!

DIY Body Wrap Supplies

  • Lotion (try to find one loaded with vitamins, minerals & antioxidants)
  • Clear Plastic Wrap
  • Bandage Wrap

Step 1 – Apply a thick layer of lotion to the area you want to target. {Don’t rub it in completely!} You can do it on your stomach, your thighs, your upper arms, wherever your “trouble spots” are.
