Green & Irish Treat With Tips & Tricks Included in Video Tutorial
This green cake with WHITE CHOCOLATE buttercream frosting is so delicious and easy to make. It’s really cute, too, because it’s made with 6″ round pans, which is perfect to give as a gift. Sometimes people feel they can’t finish a whole big cake so this makes for something more moderate but melt-in-your mouth GOOD! It’s velvety and fluffy, yet sweet and scrumptious. I can’t wait to make a few of these for my Irish friends next week!
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and spray 3 6-inch cake pans with non-stick cooking spray.
Wisk Wet Ingredients first and then Add Green Food Coloring (and perhaps mint flavoring – optional):
Mix Dry Ingredients:
Slowly add Dry Ingredients into Wet Ingredients continually mixing until you get a smooth consistency. Then pour cake batter into pans having even amount in each pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
