The BEST Easter Bunny Cake EVER!

My mom used to make this cake for us every Easter, and I wanted to share it with you. I was always fascinated by it, and thought it was just the most cute and clever cake EVER! One of my favorite things to do, of course, was to eat the jelly beans around the cake sitting in the “grass” with my mom having to replace them as more and more were found missing. Eventually, after Easter dinner we were able to dive into the cake, and all that COCONUT, which I just love.

1 box of Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ carrot cake mix (or flavored cake of your choice)
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box

1 container Betty Crocker™ Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
1 cup shredded coconut

Bunny Ears
Construction paper

1 cup shredded coconut
Green food color
Jelly beans or small gumdrops, as desired

Pre-heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Make, bake and cool cake as directed on box for two 8-inch or 9-inch round pans.
